About Me
- Name: Melinda
- Location: London, Canada
When I was in high school, I imagined that at 29 I'd be married with a couple of kids, working in my career job, and living in a house. I'm engaged, have just climbed onto the bottom rung of the long ladder in my teaching career, have two cats and live in an apartment. Sometimes things take a little longer than we expect...

Before I even saw what laura wrote, I guessed it was some sorta accident, most likely an RV or a transport ... what the heck happened? I wish I had my camera with me today.. saw a car in flames on the corner of barrydowne and lasalle, lol - how embarrassing, it was a piece of crap car! While I was waiting at the lights, someone had called it in on the radio too, oh boy, I think I'd die if that were me! :S

okay well here's the story - i was on my way home from school, driving up the highway that goes through windsor (e.c. row) and suddenly went from 120km/ hour to a full stop.
Apparently a transport truck had somehow managed to FLIP over and land in a jack-knifed position sideways blocking 2 lanes of traffic. It was sunny and hadn't rained in days, so i have no idea how that could have happened.
I could have gotten a much cooler picture but since there were a bunch of police officers around, I decided not to point my camera in their direction...
and here i thought the picture would have been more difficult to figure out ;)

That's kinda weird because the same thing happened here the other day. Lots of people coming into work from Chelmsford and where ever were complainig about the traffic because some guy jackknifed his truck on the road. THe only explaination I can think of was that he fell asleep at the wheel since it was before 7am that it happened and it was not raining or no snow either. Gotta be careful cause you just never know!
